General Admission (GA) includes:

When do tickets ship out?
Tickets come in the form of wristbands and begin shipping about a month before the event.
If the event is getting close and you haven't received any information on your wristband's shipment, you'll want to contact Front Gate Tickets at order-support@frontgatetickets.com.
In the event you accidentally cut, tighten, or lose your wristband, don't worry! We will have replacements for $50 available at Will-Call during the event.
You'll just need to show:
(1) A confirmation of your order.
(2) A photo ID that matches your name to the order.
How will I know if my ticket is secured?
There are 2 ways to verify if you've locked in your pre-sale ticket for Rolling Loud Toronto 2022.
You got a confirmation email. (Note: a lot of fans move fast to get their tickets and make common typos when entering their email like typing ".con" instead of ".com". To check your email on file, you can contact Front Gate Tickets at www.support.frontgatetickets.com/s/article/Contact-Us.
You have received a transaction in your bank account.
If you haven't gotten either of these, then your ticket was NOT secured.
Are there payment plans options?
Rolling Loud offers payment plans to fans who wish to pay their tickets off over time. A minimum deposit is required and payments are taken out periodically.
If you want to pay your plan off early, or cancel your plan early, you are able to do so in your ticket account after purchasing.

Can I buy my ticket from third-party sellers?
The only way to be 100% sure that you're buying a legit Rolling Loud ticket is purchasing it on RollingLoud.com, or through our official ticketing partner Front Gate Tickets.
We can not confirm any orders from third-party vendors (Vividseats, SeatGeek, Stubhub, etc). You will need to contact your seller.
Rolling Loud can only confirm and assist with orders purchased through RollingLoud.com and Front Gate Tickets, our official ticketing partner.
Can I cancel or sell my ticket?
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. We are unable to offer any refunds for tickets no longer needed.
What are the box office hours?
For ticket/will call pick up please proceed to the Box Office outside of the main gates. Box Office Hours are:
Friday, September 9th – 11AM – 10PM
Saturday, September 10th – 1PM – 10PM
Sunday, September 11th – 1PM – 10PM
